The mission of Project Café is to provide a welcoming and nurturing environment for the visual and performing arts in Portsmouth and the surrounding area; to celebrate, share and promote the talents and skills of artists of all ages and abilities, and contribute to the cultural enrichment of the community through exhibitions, performances and education.
